We analyze the market and what is available, and we guide you with how to decide the sales price.
We organize the visits and give the potential buyers all the details and information they need.
Before putting the property on the market we make a total analysis of its situation, both with regards to the documentation and also it physical state. We advise you what is needed to be done before starting to sell.
We make sure that all the necessary documents are correct in order to fulfil a sale.
We give you legal advice.
After the purchase we can help you to declare to the Spanish Tax Office and authorities and also make sure that you cancel all the supplies like internet, electricity, insurance, etc.
